DFM/DFT/DFA

ACDi uses the Valor software tool from Mentor Graphics. Using Valor, we are able to verify database connectivity and continuity, ensuring that our delivered database matches the customer’s netlist input. We also use Valor to run DFM (design for manufacturing) checks based on design rules from leading board houses. This reduces setup and turns time on bare board fabrication, and also eliminates work stoppages.

We also run DFA (design for assembly) checks using Valor. These checks verify that your designs meet our manufacturing guidelines and tolerances, leading to a quicker and smoother assembly process.
