All applicable parts are designed to fall within the scope of the UK's RoHS directives. The objectives of the directive are in line with the objectives of ACDi - to restrict the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment and to protect the environment by reducing the amount of restricted materials entering waste streams.

ACDi understands and incorporates restrictions on the use of lead as well as mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBBs and PBDEs. ACDi partners with suppliers who also exercise due diligence in complying with the standards established by RoHS directives.
