Systems are tested using state-of-the-art Labview functional test systems, which offer the quickest and most thorough test procedures. We provide a vast array of testing capabilities and improved test performance using various functional testers, scopes, meters and instruments. We perform in-circuit testing and inline AOI testing. Our state-of-the-art environmental chamber provides for robust testing under the most extreme and rigid environmental conditions.

AOI machinery provides for a quick and thorough inspection of all boards without sacrificing quality. SPC data is collected and analyzed with regard to yield and defects by class, by part number and by package type.
