William Hornbaker, President/CEO
Bill directs all strategic planning and communicates the fundamental purpose of the business. He directs all department heads to establish clear goals and to develop an action plan for attaining these. Bill has 20 years’ experience in designing all levels of printed circuit boards and multi-chip modules in both the commercial and military sectors. He has served as ACDi’s President and CEO since 1997. Bill started with the company in July 1985 as a printed circuit board designer. After attending Frederick Community College, Bill continued his education at James Rumsey Institute of Technology focusing his studies on Engineering Graphics. Bill is a 16+ year member of Vistage, the world’s leading CEO organization.
Michael Kish, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
Mike, originally from San Jose, CA, graduated from Indiana University with a Business – Accounting Degree (B.S.) and Psychology minor. He holds an active CPA license, since 2003, and has held global leadership positions (CFO, Director, Controller) in various industries including electronics, automotive plastics, heavy industrial, chemical, and building products. Size of these organizations ranged from $15 million to $6+ billion. He has been instrumental in several key acquisitions within the chemical and electronics industries in varying degrees including target prep/planning, securing capital, due diligence, and integration. Mike is a member of Financial Executives International (FEI) and serves on the advisory board of not-for-profit TechFrederick, a group focused on development of local high-tech infrastructure, human resources, and capital.
Gabe Kenny, Chief Operating Officer
Gabe is ACDi’s COO and runs company-wide operations, providing superior products and customer service while ensuring ACDi customers quality and value-added services at optimum cost. An executive with more than 20 years’ experience, Gabe came to ACDi in 2007 as Executive Vice President. Previously he served as Director of Operations at Thales Communications overseeing the manufacturing of ruggedized tactical/multiband radios, base stations, repeaters, etc. Before joining ACDi Gabe held senior management positions in Operations, Engineering, Test, Industrialization and Supply Chain for Thales, Racal and CAE. He holds a BS and MS from East Tennessee State University.
A.K. Mishra, Director of Business Development & Engineering Solutions
As ACDi’s Director of Business Development, A.K. is responsible for revenue generation, profitability and client success. A.K. brings more than 30 years of progressive growth in the electronics manufacturing services industry with an emphasis on bringing client concepts to market. A.K. holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Mandy Rhinecker, SPHR, Human Resources Manager
Mandy possesses 10 years of Human Resources Management experience. She holds and maintains a Senior Professional in Human Resources from HRCI. Hired in 2007, Mandy has been responsible for company-wide compensation and benefits, talent recruitment, training, HR administrative services and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Mandy is an active member of Frederick County SHRM, National SHRM and the Maryland Association of Affirmative Action Officers. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the not-for-profit, Patty Pollatos Fund, Inc.
Kim Boykin, NC Plant Manager
Kim serves as Plant Manager for the ACDi Nashville, NC plant. He holds an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Nash Community College and pursued a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at both Barton College and North Carolina Wesleyan. He originally joined the Nashville Electronics group’s former organization in 1982 in a supervisory role, was promoted to Plant Manager in 1997, VP of Sales and Marketing in 2011 and reappointed Plant Manager upon ACDi’s acquisition in February of 2012. The end result is 30 years of broad-based experience in all aspects of plant operations including manufacturing and Industrial engineering, production control and human resource management. Additionally, Kim has extensive client interactions assisting in maintaining outstanding customer relationships and nurturing new business development efforts.
