Meet the leadership team.

 

William Hornbaker, President/CEO
Bill directs all strategic planning and communicates the fundamental purpose of the business. He directs all department heads to establish clear goals and to develop an action plan for attaining these. Bill has decades of experience in designing all levels of printed circuit boards and multi-chip modules in both the commercial and military sectors. He has served as ACDi’s President and CEO since 1997. Bill started with the company in July 1984 as a printed circuit board designer. After attending Frederick Community College, Bill continued his education at James Rumsey Institute of Technology focusing his studies on Engineering Graphics. Bill is a long-term member of Vistage, the world’s leading CEO organization.

 

Garret Maxson, Vice President of Operations
Garret joined ACDi in 2010, after graduating from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. Starting at ACDi as a PCB Designer, Garret has grown into his current role, overseeing operations across all manufacturing plants, in addition to the Project Management, PCB Layout and Engineering Services teams. Responsible for vertical collaboration between engineering, project management, supply chain, and manufacturing, Garret drives efficiency and customer service. Garret is an active member of Vistage as a Key Executive.

 

Tom Dykeman, Vice President of Sales
Tom is responsible for the leadership of the ACDi sales team that includes direct and indirect sales personnel developing new business opportunities that strategically align with the long-term goals of senior management. Tom is a well-known figure in the electronics manufacturing services/contract manufacturing industry with over 35 years of experience. The last 20 years of his career was spent in various capacities where he was instrumental in the growth of the companies where he worked.  Within the industry, Tom has also held Vice President of Sales positions with Sanmina and most recently with Libra Industries. In addition, he holds a BA in Business/Economics from the State University of New York College at Oswego.

 

Kim Boykin, NC Plant Manager
Kim serves as Plant Manager for the ACDi Nashville, NC plant. He holds an Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Nash Community College and pursued a Bachelor’s in Business Administration at both Barton College and North Carolina Wesleyan. He originally joined the Nashville Electronics group’s former organization in 1982 in a supervisory role, was promoted to Plant Manager in 1997, VP of Sales and Marketing in 2011 and reappointed Plant Manager upon ACDi’s acquisition in February of 2012. The end result is 30+ years of broad-based experience in all aspects of plant operations including manufacturing and Industrial engineering, production control and human resource management. Additionally, Kim has extensive client interactions assisting in maintaining outstanding customer relationships and nurturing new business development efforts.

 

Agustin Mosquera, MD Operations Manager
Agustin entered the manufacturing industry in 2001, upon earning his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Panama. With limited experience in manufacturing, Agustin quickly learned the industry and moved into management roles such as a Production Manager for one of the largest truss manufacturers in the nation. In 2010, Agustin transferred his industrial manufacturing skills to electronics manufacturing, serving as Global Production Manager for one of the top 3 LED manufacturers, producing $85+ million a year in revenue. After joining ACDi in 2013 as a Production Manager, he was quickly promoted to Operations Manager with responsibility for all engineering, production and quality processes.

 

Erik Domaas, Comptroller
Erik joined ACDi after 5 years as the controller at a safety, specialty steel and metal supplier to the mechanical trades. Previous to that, he was the accounting manager at an underground infrastructure construction firm. Erik also has served the Veteran Community as the  controller for AMVETS National Headquarters. Erik brings a varied background to ACDi  that includes manufacturing, warehouse, inventory control and financial services. Erik is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis where he attended on an Army ROTC scholarship. He is a proud Army veteran.

 

Janice Gibson, Vice President of Marketing
Janice is responsible for all aspects of ACDi’s communication, branding and lead-generation programs, including advertising, public relations, digital and messaging strategies. With 30+ years of experience, including her background in supply chain management and cyber security, Janice leads the company’s marketing outreach. Janice earned her MBA from Hood College and a BA in Communication from Slippery Rock University.

 

Tiffany Wiley, Human Resources Manager
Having graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, Tiffany is the Human Resources Manager and oversees all aspects of human resources at all manufacturing facilities. She began her career in the manufacturing industry and also has experience in semiconductor and automotive sectors. Tiffany leads the ACDi HR team and exhibits her expertise in a wide range of HR-related areas, including recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, creating policies and procedures, learning and development, employee engagement and ensuring HR compliance.
